About the Role
We are looking for a Performance Marketing candidate who will be responsible for driving profitable growth across Ittisa's digital ecosystem. The role will involve planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling performance marketing campaigns across paid digital channels, with a solid focus on customer acquisition, revenue growth, ROAS, and overall marketing efficiency.

The ideal candidate should have a robust understanding of digital advertising, e-commerce funnels, consumer behavior, and performance analytics. You will work closely with the e-commerce, creative, content, and marketplace teams to build and scale high-performing campaigns across India and international markets.

Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing Strategy
● Develop and execute performance marketing strategies aligned with business and revenue objectives.
● Plan and manage paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok,



and other relevant digital channels.
● Identify opportunities to scale customer acquisition while maintaining healthy ROAS and CAC.
● Build full-funnel marketing strategies covering awareness, consideration, conversion, and retention.
Campaign Management & Optimization
● Set up, manage, monitor, and optimize performance campaigns across multiple platforms.
● Continuously optimize campaigns based on ROAS, CAC, CTR, CVR, CPM, CPC, AOV, LTV, and other relevant KPIs.
● Conduct A/B testing across audiences, creatives, messaging, landing pages, and campaign structures.
● Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient allocation of spends across channels and markets.
● Identify underperforming campaigns and implement corrective actions quickly.

E-commerce Growth
● Analyze customer journeys and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and revenue.
● Support customer acquisition and retargeting strategie
