FMCG Sales Executive

Madhav Manufacturers is a manufacturer of high-quality cotton buds, supplying distributors, retailers businesses across India.

We are looking for an experienced FMCG Sales Executive to build and expand our distribution network across Saurashtra & Gujarat.

Key Responsibilities
Appoint and manage distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
Develop and expand the FMCG distribution network across Gujarat & Saurashtra.
Generate orders and achieve monthly sales targets.
Develop robust relationships with channel partners.
Conduct market visits and identify recent business opportunities.
Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and market trends.
Maintain sales reports and regularly update the sales pipeline.

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of FMCG sales experience mandatory.
Experience in FMCG, personal care, hygiene, or consumer goods preferred.
Solid distributor/channel network in Gujarat & Saurashtra is an advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Willingness to travel across Gujarat & Saurashtra.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
