You'll own the day-to-day social presence of our clients; planning what goes out, shaping how it looks and sounds, publishing it, and reporting back on what worked. You'll sit close to the edit team, turning finished films and raw footage into content that performs on feed, and you'll be the person clients hear from about their channels.

This is a hands-on role. You'll be building calendars, writing captions, cutting or briefing short-form edits, and watching the numbers; not just supervising.

What you'll do
Run content calendars for multiple client accounts across Instagram, YouTube (including Shorts), LinkedIn, and Facebook
Turn long-form assets — brand films, documentary footage, CGI work — into short-form cuts, carousels, stills, and stories
Write captions and copy that hold each client's voice, not ours
Schedule and publish, and stay on top of platform changes, formats, and trends worth using
Handle community management: comments, DMs, and flagging anything that needs the client's attention
Brief and coordinate with editors, designers,



and the production team; join shoots when behind-the-scenes or social-first content is needed
Track performance and send clients explicit monthly reports — what moved, what didn't, what we're changing
Sit in on client calls, present ideas, and turn feedback into the next month's plan
Keep our own channels active and looking like the work we're proud of

What we're looking for
4-plus years running social media, ideally agency-side or for more than one brand at a time
A portfolio of accounts you've managed; we want to see the work, not just the metrics
Robust writing in English
Working knowledge of Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, and a scheduling tool
Can read analytics and say something practical about them
Organised enough to juggle several clients without dropping a deadline

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
