Responsibilities
Minimum 7+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud HCM.
Valuable knowledge in Oracle Fusion Payroll(US) Module
Hands on experience with creating Rapid Formulas across all the key modules, Fusion Reporting tools like BIP, OTBI.
Hands on experience with HCM Data Loader (HDL) – HCM. Able to do technical validation before loading the data based on the data object definition.
Basic understanding of Core HCM - Person Management, Assignment, Talent Profiles, Workforce structures, Compensation etc.
Eligibility Criteria
Excellent communication skills
15+ years of regular, full time education (10th + 12th + 3 years graduation)
Graduate/ Post-graduate degree
