The responsibility includes reviewing and updating quality documentation, assisting in internal and external audits, monitoring quality metrics, and supporting corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). The specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to Positive Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and quality management principles across clinical supply chain operations. Additional responsibilities include participating in risk assessments, supporting training on quality procedures, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess solid expertise in Quality Assurance and Quality Management, including implementation and maintenance of quality systems and procedures.
Candidates should possess solid experience in Quality Control, including inspection, testing,
and monitoring of processes and documentation to ensure compliance.
Candidates should possess knowledge of Valuable Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and its application in clinical development and supply chain environments.
Candidates should possess skills in Quality Auditing, including planning, conducting, and reporting on internal and supplier audits.
Relevant experience in clinical research, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device sectors is highly beneficial.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a structured approach to documentation and reporting.
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and external partners.
