Work Exp - 5–8 Years Experience in Sales Operations / Back Office, preferably in jewellery.

Key Responsibilities
Manage customer onboarding, KYC and customer master data.
Handle pricing inputs including diamond rates, labour charges, gold loss and other commercial parameters.
Manage end-to-end sales orders from quotation to invoicing and dispatch.
Coordinate with Design, Production, QC, Certification, Logistics and Finance teams.
Track order TATs, delivery timelines and documentation accuracy.
Lead the back-office team, allocate work and monitor productivity.




Ensure accuracy in pricing, billing and order processing.

Key Requirements
3–8 years of experience in Sales Operations / Back Office, preferably in jewellery.
Solid understanding of diamonds, gold, jewellery costing and order processing.
Experience in team management and cross-functional coordination.
Positive ERP/CRM skills; jewellery ERP experience preferred.
Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration or related field.
