NWe are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Assistant Manager - Java Full Stack to join our Global Markets IT team in Mumbai. As a key member of our team, you will design, develop, and install software solutions to support our capital markets platforms. You will be responsible for building high-quality, innovative, and fully performing software, collaborating with onshore and offshore teams, and providing technical guidance to ensure the delivery of robust and scalable solutions.

- Engineer solutions for complex problems involving capital markets platforms N
- Hands-on full-stack development (UI, Middleware, Services/API, Backend (SQL)) N
- Architect highly performant applications/modules using appropriate frameworks/tools N
- Deliver robust and scalable solutions rapidly in an agile way N
- Ensure usage of appropriate practices to ensure high quality and data security protocols N
- Provide 3rd line support, working with the Application production support team N




- Manage day-to-day tasksand be accountable for deliveries from offshore N
- Collaborate with Onshore and Offshore teams N

nRequired Skills and Experience

- n
- Bachelor's degreein a related area (Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent) N
- 7-10 years of hands-on experience in Java full-stack development in an enterprise environment N
- Robust knowledge of Java (preferably Java 21), Spring Boot, Hibernate, and SQL N
- Experience with front-end technologies such as Angular, RxJS, Typescript, and JavaScript N
- Understanding of data security protocols and controls N
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills N
- Ability to operate autonomously without supervision and make decisive decisions N
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills N

- Experience with Jenkins, DevOps pipeline, and agile methodologies N
