Java Developer

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Java Developer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Java, Spring, SQL, concurrency, and high-performance systems . The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in data structures and algorithms and experience building reliable, scalable, and performance-oriented applications.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Java and Spring .
Develop and optimize applications for high availability and low latency .
Work with multithreading, concurrency, synchronization, and parallel processing .
Develop efficient and optimized solutions using SQL and relational databases .
Identify system bottlenecks and contribute to application performance optimization.
Perform profiling, benchmarking, and performance tuning in distributed settings.
Apply strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms to develop efficient solutions.
Troubleshoot complex technical and performance-related issues.
Collaborate with architects and engineering teams to deliver robust and scalable solutions.

Required Skills & Experience




3–5 years of hands-on experience in Java development .
Strong hands-on experience with Spring / Spring Boot .
Valuable proficiency in SQL and relational databases .
Strong understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms .
Good understanding of Multithreading and Concurrency .
Experience developing high-availability and low-latency applications .
Understanding of performance tuning, profiling, and benchmarking .
Exposure to distributed systems and performance-sensitive applications .
Solid problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and SQL .
Experience working on high-throughput, real-time, or performance-sensitive applications .
Ability to identify performance bottlenecks and implement optimization techniques.
Positive communication and collaboration skills.
Strong coding, debugging, and problem-solving capabilities.
