What Drives Success

Key Responsibilities
Partner closely with Strategic Sourcing Managers, Functional Leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to support financial planning, analysis, and decision-making.
Monitor and analyze monthly Direct and Indirect spend performance, providing timely insights on cost drivers and trends.
Support month-end close activities, including preparation, validation, and distribution of financial reports and dashboards.
Perform variance analysis and identify significant spending fluctuations, risks, opportunities, and unusual transactions.
Collaborate with business leaders to understand operational initiatives and incorporate them into financial analysis and reporting.
Prepare and present monthly financial reporting packages, scorecards, and management summaries to stakeholders.
Drive process standardization and governance across business units to improve reporting accuracy, consistency, and efficiency.




Identify and execute automation and continuous improvement prospects to streamline finance processes and enhance productivity.
Support budgeting, forecasting, annual operating plan (AOP), and ad hoc financial analysis as required.
Build solid relationships with internal stakeholders and provide data-driven recommendations to support business decisions

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications
CA / CMA (CWA) with a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience, or
MBA (Finance) with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
Experience in a global manufacturing organization is preferred.
Prior experience in FP&A;, Business Finance, Procurement Finance, or Sourcing Finance is desirable.

Technical Skills
Experience with SAP, Hyperion, Qlik, Power BI.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of financial modeling, dashboarding, and automation tools is an added advantage.
