Senior Service Engineer – HVAC

Join our growing HVAC service team and take ownership of both service operations and business growth.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Service Engineer – HVAC who can lead technicians, work closely with our Service Coordinator, develop a strong service network and actively contribute to increasing service & AMC revenue.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day HVAC service operations and technician activities.
Handle troubleshooting, breakdowns, preventive maintenance and critical service calls.
Coordinate with the Service Coordinator for effective job scheduling and execution.
Guide, train and monitor the technician team.
Develop a reliable network of HVAC technicians and service partners.
Build relationships with customers, facility managers and contractors.
Identify and develop AMC, maintenance and service opportunities.
Follow up on enquiries and quotations and support revenue conversion.
Maintain service reports, customer records and performance tracking.

Requirements
Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical or HVAC/MEP-related field.
5+ years of relevant HVAC service experience preferred.




Strong knowledge of VRV/VRF, Split AC, AHU/FCU, Package Units and HVAC controls.
Solid troubleshooting and team-management skills.
Good customer-handling and communication skills.
Business-oriented mindset with the ability to identify new service opportunities.
Willingness to travel for site visits.

Salary & Benefits
Competitive salary: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month, based on experience and capability.
