Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced skilled to support business strategy, growth planning, market analysis, and management decision-making

. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a good understanding of business operations and commercial strategy.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement business strategies and growth plans

.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry assessment

.
Analyze business performance, KPIs, and financial/operational data.
Identify opportunities for business growth, cost optimization, and process improvement

.
Evaluate new business prospects, markets, products, and partnerships.
Prepare business reports, MIS, presentations, forecasts, and strategic recommendations

.




Work closely with senior management and cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives.
Monitor strategic plans and track business performance against objectives.

Requirements
4+ years of relevant experience in Strategy, Business Consulting, Business Analysis, or a similar role.
Strong analytical, strategic-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent knowledge of

MS Excel and PowerPoint

; Power BI/Tableau is an advantage.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Valuable commercial and financial understanding.
Ability to convert data and insights into actionable business strategies

MBA/PGDM in Strategy, Finance, Business Analytics, or a related field is preferred.
