We are looking for a confident, student-focused, and result-oriented Student Advisor Executive to guide prospective students, understand their career goals, and help them choose the right courses and programs.

Key Responsibilities:
Connect with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Understand students’ academic background, career goals, and requirements.
Provide accurate information about courses, eligibility, fees, and admission procedures.
Advise students on suitable courses based on their interests and career goals.
Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular communication.
Handle student and parent queries professionally.
Build strong relationships with students and guide them throughout the decision-making process.
Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and follow-ups in CRM.
Achieve assigned counselling and admission targets.




Coordinate with the admissions and internal teams to ensure a smooth student journey.

Requirements:
6 months–2 years of experience in student counselling, education sales, telecalling, admissions, or a similar role.
Freshers with excellent communication and interpersonal skills can also apply.
Robust verbal communication and active listening skills.
Confident, friendly, and persuasive personality.
Valuable counselling, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
Ability to work in a target-driven and student-focused workplace.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
