Monitor inventory levels, track stock turnover of perishable sweets and savories, and place orders for replenishment to minimize wastage.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness guidelines set by FSSAI and company standards.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
Proven experience as a Store Manager, Cashier, or Retail Supervisor in a sweet shop, bakery, restaurant, or FMCG retail store.
Robust proficiency in POS billing software, basic computer operations, and cash handling.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills in English and regional languages.
Ability to multitask, manage staff, and handle high customer footfall during peak hours and festive seasons.
