D2C Business Manager | Bene Kleed

Location: Bangalore | Full-time

We’re looking for someone to run D2C like a business, not manage it like a website.

At Bene Kleed, the D2C Business Manager owns the digital business end-to-end: traffic → conversion → net revenue → profitability.

You will own the number. And everything required to deliver that number.

What you’ll own

Your primary responsibility is simple:

Grow D2C revenue profitably.

That means owning:
- D2C revenue and net sales vs plan
- Traffic and customer acquisition required to deliver the plan
- Performance marketing outcomes including CAC, ROAS and traffic quality
- Conversion rate and revenue per session
- AOV and product/category performance
- Website merchandising and customer journey
- Recent launch performance
- Pricing, promotions and discount effectiveness
- Gross margin and contribution margin
- Customer returns, cancellations and RTO
- Inventory availability for D2C
- CRM, retention and repeat-revenue opportunities
- Identifying and removing anything that is stopping the business from growing





You don't need to personally execute everything.

We have specialists across Growth, Brand, Creative, Planning, Design, CRM, CX, Tech and Operations.

Your job is to make all these inputs come together to deliver the D2C plan.

What ownership means here

If traffic is below plan, you should know before the month ends.

If CAC suddenly deteriorates, you should be asking why.

If traffic is coming but conversion isn't, diagnose the funnel.

If a bestseller is running out of stock, don't wait for Planning to tell you.

If a campaign needs better creative, drive the requirement.

If a product is selling well but coming back at a 40% return rate, that's not a success.

If revenue is growing but contribution is collapsing, that's not healthy growth either.

And if another team owns the corrective action, follow it through until it happens.

A dependency is not an excuse.
