Key Responsibilities
Generate and follow up with potential customers.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties.
Coordinate and conduct property/site visits.
Explain project features, pricing and payment plans to customers.
Build strong relationships with customers and handle their queries.
Follow up with leads and convert prospects into bookings.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Candidate Profile
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for sales and customer interaction.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Candidates with real estate, field sales or direct sales experience will have an added advantage.
