Store Manager Job Responsibilities
Manage daily store and inventory operations.
Handle material inward, outward, receiving and issuing.
Maintain accurate stock records in Excel/ERP.
Monitor stock levels and ensure timely material availability.
Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation.
Maintain proper storage, labeling and housekeeping.
Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Projects and Accounts teams.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly stock reports.
Supervise store staff and ensure safety and security of materials.
Qualification: Graduate / Diploma Experience: 2–5 years in Store/Inventory/Warehouse, preferably in Manufacturing/Solar/EV industry.
Skills: Inventory Management, MS Excel/ERP, Documentation, Team Management, Coordination and Communication.
