Manage and oversee multiple hubs within the assigned sub-zone.
Drive daily operational performance across all hubs and ensure achievement of key KPIs.
Monitor delivery performance, productivity, manpower, attendance, capacity, and service levels.
Ensure smooth hub operations, shipment movement, and last-mile delivery.
Identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions to improve performance.
Manage and develop Hub Managers/Hub In-Charges and other operational teams.
Drive manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, and retention in coordination with the HR/TA team.
Monitor hub-level cost, productivity, and operational efficiency.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as HR, Finance, Control Tower, Central Operations, and Business teams.
Ensure adherence to company SOPs, compliance, safety, and process guidelines.
Analyze operational data and prepare regular MIS and performance reports.
Handle escalations related to customers, delivery partners, manpower, and hub operations.
Support recent hub launches, expansion, and process improvement initiatives.
Conduct regular hub visits and ensure consistent operational standards across the sub-zone.onsibilities
