About the Role The Store Operations Manager will take complete ownership of assigned store operations and ensure smooth, effective, and profitable business performance.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of assigned Yatrikart stores.
Ensure SOPs, hygiene, housekeeping, and store standards are maintained.
Drive sales targets and store profitability.
Monitor inventory, replenishment, stock-outs, expiry, damages, and variances.
Manage team attendance, shifts, productivity, and performance.
Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, and vendors for timely supplies.
Conduct regular store visits, audits, and compliance checks.
Resolve customer complaints and enhance customer experience.
Track sales, inventory, margins, manpower productivity, and profitability.




Identify operational gaps and implement quick corrective actions.

Candidate Profile
3–7 years of experience in FMCG, Convenience Retail, QSR, Supermarket, or Multi-Store Operations.
Robust leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Target-oriented, data-driven, and highly accountable.
Willingness to travel regularly across assigned stores.
Immediate joiners are strongly preferred.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
