Were looking for a Recruitment / Talent Acquisition professional who can independently own the end-to-end hiring process across our organisation.

This is an Individual Contributor role — you’ll have the autonomy and ownership to manage hiring from understanding the requirement to getting the candidate onboarded.

End-to-end hiring for multiple dark stores across Karnataka

Hiring for Store Managers, Assistant Store Managers and other store/operations roles

Build and manage talent pipelines across multiple locations

Drive volume hiring while ensuring quality and speed of closures

Business & Category Hiring

Own recruitment for roles across Business and Category teams

Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and close positions independently

Hire interns and entry-level talent for Business & Category teams

End-to-End Recruitment

Understand hiring requirements and define sourcing strategies

Manage salary discussions and negotiations

Drive offer creation and release of offer letters

Follow up with candidates through the notice period and ensure joining

Coordinate joining formalities and onboarding

Maintain hiring trackers and ensure positions are closed within timelines

What are we looking for?

2–4 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition

Experience in end-to-end hiring with the ability to independently manage the recruitment lifecycle

Exposure to volume/frontline hiring is a strong plus

Experience hiring across multiple locations would be an advantage

Robust communication and salary negotiation skills

Comfortable working directly with business stakeholders and hiring managers

Highly organised, proactive and ownership-driven

Someone who enjoys working in a rapid-paced workplace and can get things done without being micromanaged
