Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition
Understand hiring requirements by connecting with the client




Source candidates from multiple channels like Naukri, Linkedin, IIMjobs etc
Screen and shortlist suitable profiles for the open position
Coordinate and schedule interviews with client
Prepare candidates for client interviews before their interaction with the interviewer
Collect and share interview feedback with the candidates
Manage offers and salary negotiations
Ensure candidate joining and documentation
Maintain candidate and client records

Pay: ₹20,285.23 - ₹50,081.85 per month
