Take complete ownership of coordination and management of the Local Service Team.
Monitor pending service calls, parts availability, and demo/pre-sales activities through GSX and update the same in ERP.
Conduct daily discussions with the Service Manager / Service In-Charge regarding pending calls, call allocation, and feedback on engineers’ previous-day activities.
Ensure timely collection of complete call reports from engineers to log or close service calls in ERP.
Verify warranty status of customer machines and understand the issue clearly before assigning calls to engineers.
Coordinate with multiple departments for service-related activities such as Demo, Pre-Sales, AMC, and Warranty Replacements.
Track engineers’ movement, call reports, tools, materials, and accessories.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
