Team Leader – Sales
Lead and manage a team of Relationship Executives.
Achieve monthly sales and card acquisition targets.
Conduct daily team meetings and monitor individual performance.
Generate leads through open-market and field sales activities.
Ensure proper customer onboarding and documentation.
Track daily productivity, conversions, and team performance.
Train and motivate team members to achieve targets.
Maintain good relationships with customers and channel partners.

Eligibility:
Graduate preferred
1–3 years of sales/team-handling experience preferred
Good communication and leadership skills
Field sales experience is an advantage
Relationship Executive – SBI Card
Generate current SBI Credit Card leads through field/open-market sales.
Explain SBI Card products, benefits, and offers to customers.
Complete customer applications and KYC documentation.




Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
Maintain good customer relationships.
Report daily sales activity to the Team Leader.

Eligibility:
12th Pass / Graduate
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Valuable communication skills
Willingness to work in field sales
Target-oriented attitude
