Job Role
Team Leader – Sales & Marketing
Lead and motivate a team of 4–6 Business Development Executives.
Participate in client meetings and support the team in closing deals.
Monitor daily team performance and prepare regular performance reports.
Train and coach recent team members on product pitching and objection handling.
Drive team sales targets and motivate team members to achieve results.
Guide team members during customer interactions and field activities.
Support the team in generating leads and converting prospects into customers.
Build strong customer relationships through direct, face-to-face engagement.
Identify performance gaps and provide appropriate coaching and support.
Coordinate with management regarding team performance, targets, and business activities.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise a team of Business Development Executives.
Conduct and support client meetings.
Track daily sales and team performance.
Provide training on sales pitches, communication, and objection handling.
Motivate the team to achieve assigned targets.
Assist team members in closing sales and resolving customer objections.
Submit regular sales and performance reports.
Develop leadership and team-management capabilities.

No prior sales or field experience required.
