Google Pay Team Leader
Lead and manage the team for the Google Pay project.
Monitor team performance and ensure assigned targets and productivity standards are achieved.
Coordinate with team members and management for smooth day-to-day operations.
Provide guidance, support, and motivation to team members.
Track daily performance and prepare regular updates for management.
Ensure compliance with project processes and company guidelines.
Handle team-related issues and coordinate with the concerned department for resolution.
Maintain accurate performance and operational records.

Key Responsibilities

Team Management
Manage and supervise the assigned team.
Allocate work and monitor daily activities.
Motivate team members to achieve performance targets.
Provide regular feedback and coaching.
Resolve day-to-day team issues.

Performance Monitoring




Track individual and team performance.
Monitor productivity, quality, and target achievement.
Prepare daily/weekly performance reports.
Coordinate with management regarding team progress and challenges.

Candidate Requirements
Fintech experience is mandatory.
Only candidates with relevant Fintech experience will be considered.
Prior team-handling or Team Leader experience will be an advantage.
Solid communication and leadership skills.
Positive coordination and problem-solving abilities.
Target-oriented and responsible approach.
