Assettrust Services is hiring an HR - Talent Acquisition onto join our team in HSR Layout, Bangalore!

*Position: HR - Talent Acquisition

*Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore

*Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

*Working Days: 6 Days a Week | Monday Off
Immediate Joiners Preferred

*Remuneration: Best in the Industry

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, references, job portals, and other channels
Screen and shortlist candidates based on requirements
Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate interviews
Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
Coordinate offer rollouts, joining formalities, and onboarding
Maintain accurate recruitment reports and databases

Mandatory Recruitment Target





Minimum 10 successful employee onboardings per month is mandatory.

The candidate should be target-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced recruitment setting.

What We’re Looking For
Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field

*3 years of recruitment experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive sourcing and candidate-screening abilities
Strong follow-up and coordination skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel

*Experience in bulk hiring, sales hiring, or real estate recruitment will be an added advantage
English + Hindi/Tamil preferred
