Role & responsibilities
End-to-end recruitment for Blue-collar, Sales, Operations & Non-Tech roles.
Sourcing candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Apna, WorkIndia, referrals, and other job portals.
Screening resumes and conducting telephonic interviews to check communication and suitability.
Scheduling and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.
Managing walk-in drives and bulk hiring closures.
Maintaining daily hiring reports, trackers, and candidate database.
Building a solid talent pipeline for future requirements.
Candidate engagement & follow-up till onboarding.

Preferred candidate profile
Graduate in any discipline (MBA in HR is a plus)
1 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment (Blue-collar / Bulk hiring preferred)
Positive communication skills in English, Hindi & Kannada (preferred)
Must be comfortable with target-based hiring and walk-in drives.Proficient in MS Excel and job portals.
Immediate joiners / 15 days notice period preferred.
Must be based in Bangalore or willing to relocate.
Energetic, confident, and willing to work in office.
