As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent across various functions including retail sales, merchandising, production, and corporate roles. You will support the HR team in building a skilled, culturally aligned workforce to strengthen the brand’s luxury positioning.

Key Responsibility-

● Understand manpower requirements from department heads (Sales, Design, Merchandising, Production, etc.).

● Draft and post job descriptions across relevant platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Instahyre, etc.).

● Source candidates through portals, referrals, social media, and campus tie-ups.

● Conduct initial screening interviews and shortlist quality profiles.

Requirements

● Solid communication and interpersonal skills.

● Proficiency in using job portals and LinkedIn Recruiter.

● Understanding of luxury or jewelry industry roles are a plus.

● Basic knowledge of HR documentation and compliance.
