About the Role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team. This is a great prospect for freshers who are interested in building a career in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Human Resources .

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job portals
Screen candidates based on job requirements
Conduct initial candidate interactions and follow-ups
Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
Post and manage job openings across recruitment platforms
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Assist with day-to-day recruitment activities
Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Requirements




Freshers are welcome to apply
Valuable verbal and written communication skills
Robust interpersonal and coordination skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to learn and grow in Talent Acquisition
Candidates who can join immediately are preferred
