Mentor teachers and provide continuous academic and technical support

Identify teacher skill gaps and provide constructive feedback and improvement plans

Support teachers in effective curriculum implementation and classroom delivery

Design cutting-edge

Conduct pre- and post-training assessments to measure teacher learning and training effectiveness

Review

Monthly Progress Reports (MPRs)

and monitor academic quality.
Guide teachers in preparing students for robotics exhibitions, competitions, and STEM events

Conduct faculty orientations, demo lectures, workshops, and refresher training sessions.
Resolve teachers'

technical, academic, and classroom-related challenges

.
Coordinate with academic, content, operations, and school teams to ensure smooth program implementation.
Continuously improve training methodologies, curriculum, and learning resources

Preferred Skills
Bachelor's degree in

Engineering, Electronics, Robotics, Computer Science, Education, or related field

.
Experience in teacher training, STEM education, coding/robotics training, or faculty development

.
Solid knowledge of

Robotics, Coding, AI, Electronics, Sensors, and Microcontrollers

.
Excellent communication, presentation, mentoring, and stakeholder-management skills

.
Ability to simplify technical concepts and deliver engaging, practical training
