Manage Live Chat Volume, AHT & SLA
Lead the floor & provide real-time agent support
Handle agent performance, shifts & breaks
Manage crisis & flight disruption escalations
Strong knowledge of Fare Construction & Upsell Matrix
Drive sales, productivity & customer experience
