Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring across consulting, risk advisory, technology, and corporate functions. The role requires strong stakeholder management skills and experience hiring mid-level professionals.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to offer rollout)
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements
Source candidates via LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and networking




Conduct screening interviews and coordinate technical/business rounds
Maintain solid candidate experience and engagement
Track recruitment metrics (TAT, offer acceptance ratio, pipeline health)
Drive diversity hiring initiatives
Work on employer branding and campus hiring (if required)
Maintain ATS and recruitment dashboards

Required Skills & Qualifications
experience in corporate hiring / consulting hiring / Big 4 hiring
Experience hiring for:
Risk & Compliance
Internal Audit
IT Audit
Technology Consulting
Data & Analytics (positive to have)
Strong sourcing skills (Boolean search expertise)
Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
Experience working in a rapid-paced consulting environment preferred
