Sales Engineer – Field Sales
Conduct 100% field sales activities across Chennai’s industrial areas.
Visit customer sites daily and generate new business prospects.
Conduct product demonstrations and explain technical solutions to customers.
Build customer relationships and manage sales opportunities independently.
Handle business development, negotiations, follow-ups, and sales conversions.
Attend regular visits to industrial estates and customer locations using your own two-wheeler.
Undergo training on products, sales processes, and customer handling.
Grow into independently managing customer accounts across Chennai’s industrial belt.

Requirements
Freshers only (0–1 year); prior sales experience is not required.
B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical,



or Instrumentation.
Currently residing in Chennai and able to join within 2 weeks.
Own two-wheeler and valid driving license are mandatory.
Comfortable communicating with customers in Tamil and English.
Valuable communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Comfortable with 75% travel / daily field visits.
Willing to work in a 100% field-based role.
Training Salary: Up to ₹25,000/month.
Pay: ₹25,000–₹40,000/month + commission/incentives.
