We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Telecaller to manage incoming property enquiries, connect with prospective customers, qualify leads, conduct regular follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities
Make daily outbound calls to prospective property buyers.
Maintain systematic follow-ups with prospective customers.
Maintain qualified communication with customers throughout the sales process.
Maintain regular follow-ups with interested prospects.
Maintain a structured follow-up schedule to ensure no potential lead is missed.
Submit daily calling and lead-management reports
Track the number of leads contacted, connected calls, qualified leads, follow-ups

Skills Required & Candidate Profile:




13 years of experience in real estate telecalling / pre-sales.
Excellent Tamil and English communication skills.
Have a proven ability to follow up consistently with prospective property buyers.
Understand basic real estate terminology
Be comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
Basic MS Excel / Google Sheets knowledge

Compensation 25,000 – 30,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives. Salary will be based on the candidate's experience, communication skills, real estate knowledge, and previous performance.
