Job Title: Tele Sales Executive Department: Sales & Marketing Location: Chennai Office - Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce the company’s website and services.
Encourage users to register on the portal and increase active user numbers.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and follow-ups.
Conduct follow-up calls to ensure successful registration and customer satisfaction.
Achieve daily and monthly performance targets (call volume, user acquisition, customer feedback).
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align outreach efforts and maintain transparent communication.
Requirements - Fluency in Tamil with working knowledge of English.
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM or calling tools.
Solid convincing and negotiation skills.
