About the Role

Telemarketing Executive at Anjilithanam, Thiruvalla.

The role involves generating sales leads through telephone calls, following up with existing and prospective customers, understanding their requirements, and converting enquiries into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers, dealers, contractors, architects and other business prospects.
Follow up on leads and enquiries generated through marketing activities, website, social media and other channels.
Explain products, pricing, offers and key product perks to customers.
Identify customer requirements and provide relevant product information.
Maintain regular follow-up with prospects until enquiry conversion.
Coordinate with the sales team for quotations, product enquiries and customer visits.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups and conversion status.
Update customer and lead information in the company's CRM/ERP system.
Reactivate dormant customers and generate repeat business.
Achieve assigned monthly call, lead-generation and sales targets.




Prepare regular reports on lead status and follow-up activities.

Candidate Profile
Good communication skills in Malayalam and English.
Hindi/Tamil will be an added advantage.
Confident and qualified telephone manner.
Positive persuasion and follow-up skills.
Basic computer knowledge is essential.
Ability to work with CRM/ERP systems and maintain proper records.
Sales-oriented with a target-driven approach.
Prior experience in telemarketing, telesales, customer service or inside sales will be preferred.
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.

What We Expect The candidate should be comfortable with making a high volume of calls, following up consistently and converting leads into actual enquiries/sales. This is not a passive customer-service role. Performance will be measured through calls, qualified leads, follow-ups and conversions.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
