Role Description

This is a full time in office role for a Tele Calling execuitive at BBS GLOBAL PVT. LTD. in Kolkata. The Tele Caller will be responsible for day-to-day Marketing related activities, communication via email and phone calls to overseas client and prospective clients.

Requirements

Qualifications

Tele calling experience in a call centre / BPO dealing in European and American clients is a must have qualification

Work Experience - 3 Years of work experience is a must have

Graduate in any stream

Strong command over English (spoken and written)
Communication, Customer Service, and Sales skills
Marketing skills
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
Attention to detail skills
Experience in the garment or textile industry is a plus.

Benefits

Salary Offered - 20,000 to 25,000 Per Months depending on the candidates Skill, experience and attitude
