Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Tele Caller/Customer Relationship Exective (CRM) to build and maintain strong relationships with our customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for customer communication, follow-ups, handling queries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting business growth through effective relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain robust relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Communicate with customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
Follow up with leads and customers regularly.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints professionally.
Coordinate with sales and other internal teams to ensure smooth customer service.
Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up records in the CRM system.




Monitor customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction.
Support sales activities and identify opportunities for repeat business and referrals.
Prepare regular reports on customer interactions, follow-ups, and conversions.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
1–3 years of experience in customer relationship management, sales, customer service, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Valuable follow-up and negotiation skills.
Customer-oriented attitude with strong problem-solving abilities.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month
