Position description: Join Visteon's agile Software Development team as a senior-level engineering leader responsible for driving the design, development, and delivery of advanced automotive software solutions. This role demands a deep understanding of embedded systems, automotive software architectures, and real-time operating systems, combined with robust leadership to mentor teams and collaborate cross-functionally. The ideal candidate will spearhead innovation in automotive software, ensuring compliance with industry standards and delivering scalable, high-quality products that enhance vehicle performance and user experience.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain Telematics Core software components for next-generation connected vehicles.
Design and implement modules related to:
Device Management
Connectivity Management
Vehicle Data Collection
Cloud Communication
Remote Diagnostics
OTA (Over-The-Air) Updates
Vehicle Health Monitoring
Cybersecurity Services
Integrate telematics applications with vehicle networks such as CAN, CAN-FD, Ethernet, LIN, and FlexRay.




Work closely with cloud teams to enable secure vehicle-to-cloud communication using MQTT, HTTPS, WebSocket, and REST APIs.
Analyze customer requirements and convert them into software design specifications.
Develop reusable software components following AUTOSAR and Automotive SPICE processes.
Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization.
Support vehicle bring-up, system integration, and production issue resolution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Platform, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Validation, and Program Management.
