Job Responsibilities

Handle customer queries through calls and provide product information.

Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate sales leads.

Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable jewellery products.

Explain product features, offers, and services related to gold and diamond jewellery.

Maintain customer relationships and achieve assigned sales targets.

Update customer details and call records in the system.

Eligibility Criteria

Gender: Female candidates only

Experience: minimum 1 yr in Telesales

Valuable communication skills and customer handling ability.

Basic knowledge of Hindi & English preferred.
