Associate Sales Consultant
Paisabazaar is hiring Tele Sales Executives for an office-based voice process at Tharamani, Chennai.
This is a non-field sales role involving telecalling and sales of financial products.
The candidate will assist customers over the phone, understand their requirements, explain suitable financial products, and achieve assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Assist customers over the phone with the sale of various financial products.
Make outbound calls and handle customer enquiries as required.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable financial products.
Explain product features, perks, and relevant details clearly to customers.
Follow up with prospective customers to improve sales conversions.
Meet and exceed assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain the required productivity levels while ensuring speed and accuracy.
Handle changing priorities and business requirements with flexibility.




Maintain a skilled and customer-focused approach during every interaction.

Requirements
Freshers with good communication skills can apply.
Strong verbal communication and convincing skills.
Customer-oriented and target-driven approach.
Ability to work efficiently in a voice-based sales process.
Versatile and adaptable to changing business requirements.
