Position: Telesales Manager

Location: Edappally

Experience: Minimum 5 Years as a Telesales Team Leader

Age: 35–45 Years

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the telesales team to achieve sales targets
Monitor team performance and provide coaching and guidance
Develop telesales strategies to improve conversions and revenue
Handle customer escalations and ensure excellent service
Prepare sales reports and track key performance metrics
Train and motivate team members to maximize productivity

Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Telesales Team Leader
Fluent English communication skills are mandatory
Robust leadership and team management abilities
Target-oriented with excellent sales and negotiation skills
Proficient in handling telesales operations and reporting

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
