हमारी कंपनी के Real Estate Projects के लिए Telecaller की आवश्यकता है। चयनित उम्मीदवार को दिए गए customer leads पर कॉल करके project/property की जानकारी देनी होगी, customer की requirement समझनी होगी और interested customers को आगे sales team से connect करना होगा।

Key Responsibilities
Company द्वारा दिए गए leads पर daily outbound calls करना।
ग्राहकों को property/project की पूरी जानकारी देना।
Customer की requirement और budget समझना।
Interested customers को qualify करना।
Regular follow-up calls और WhatsApp follow-up करना।
Customer को site visit / meeting के लिए schedule करना।
Sales team को qualified leads और interested customers forward करना।
Daily calls,



follow-ups और leads का proper record maintain करना।
Daily और monthly targets achieve करना।
Customer के साथ professional और polite communication बनाए रखना।

Required Skills
अच्छी Hindi communication और conversation skills।
Customer को समझाने और convince करने की क्षमता।
Basic computer, Excel और WhatsApp knowledge।
Positive attitude और confidence।
Target-oriented approach।
Regular follow-up करने की क्षमता।
Real Estate / Telecalling / Sales experience होने पर प्राथमिकता।
Freshers भी apply कर सकते हैं।

Salary & Incentive Salary: ₹15000– ₹ 25,000 per month
