Job Role Customer Support Executive / Telecaller

We are hiring Female Telecaller / Customer Support Executives for a non-target-based role in Laxmi Nagar, Delhi. The position involves handling customer calls and providing basic assistance and information. No sales work and no target pressure .

Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming customer calls professionally.
Listen to customer queries and provide appropriate information.
Maintain polite and skilled communication with customers.
Resolve basic customer queries or coordinate with the concerned team when required.
Maintain proper records of customer interactions.
Follow company guidelines and communication procedures.
Ensure a positive customer experience.
Perform regular telecalling and customer support activities.
No sales targets or aggressive selling involved.
