Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Head of Tendering to lead end-to-end tendering, bidding and business development activities for major infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute tendering and bidding strategies.
Lead Bid/No-Bid decisions and complete tender lifecycle.
Manage high-value infrastructure tenders of 500 Cr+.
Coordinate with Estimation, Engineering, Commercial, Legal and Operations teams.
Lead technical and commercial proposal preparation.
Drive pricing, value engineering and commercial competitiveness.
Build and mentor a high-performing tendering team.
Manage client presentations, negotiations and stakeholder relationships.
Monitor market prospects, competitors and tendering processes.

Required Experience & Qualification




Bachelors degree in Engineering / Construction Management / Business.
1820 years of experience in Tendering, Bidding or Business Development.
Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Proven experience in winning 500 Cr+ infrastructure tenders.
Solid knowledge of EPC, Design-Build, PPP and Alliance models.
Excellent commercial, negotiation, leadership and stakeholder-management skills.
