Role & responsibilities
check the Intimation slip for correctness of the dispensed Material. (Status of the labels, Qty. dispensed, expiration dates, calibration of balances and line clearance of the area deputed.
Check all the stages, critical control points, as per the Log sheet
Record the NCP material observed in respected area
Check the cleaning of the Magnets/ sieves as per the schedule
Check all the material status with labels and proper segregation in respective area
Monitor all the parameters during validations
Check the verification of the Metal Detectors before the activity starts
Check the Dispatch details as per the intimation slip
