We are looking for enthusiastic and driven freshers who are eager to build a career in Business Development and who bring energy, curiosity and a strong willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate recent business opportunities through various channels including LinkedIn, email outreach and professional networking.
Assist in preparing customized proposals and pitches for prospective clients.
Support the business development team in scheduling and coordinating client meetings.
Communicate with prospective clients to understand their requirements.
Coordinate with internal/technical teams to align client requirements with proposed solutions.




Follow up consistently with leads and maintain an updated business development pipeline.
Maintain accurate records of outreach, leads and client interactions in the CRM.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor activity and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or MBA (any specialization); freshers are welcome to apply.
Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interest in Business Development and Client Relationship Management.
Positive attitude, self-motivation and willingness to learn.
Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
Basic proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace tools.

Preferred Qualifications
Prior internship experience in marketing or business development is an added advantage.
Exposure to CRM tools or lead generation platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Upwork) is a plus.
