AMER Technology is looking for a motivated Healthcare Recruiter to join our US Staffing team. The ideal candidate should have experience recruiting healthcare professionals for the US market and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
Source and screen healthcare candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, and other channels.
Recruit for roles such as RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and Allied Health professionals.
Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews.
Verify candidate credentials, licenses, and required documentation.
Maintain candidate pipelines and follow up throughout the recruitment process.
Update ATS records and manage recruitment activities efficiently.

Required Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in US Healthcare Recruitment/US Staffing.




Good understanding of the US Healthcare recruitment process.
Experience with LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, Boolean search, and ATS.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive candidate follow-up and coordination skills.
Ability to meet recruitment targets and work in the US Shift.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹43,074.57 per month
