Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Telecaller with 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or inside sales. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining our products/services, generating leads, following up with prospects, and converting enquiries into sales.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and convincing skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to achieve monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain the company's products/services clearly and professionally.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Generate qualified leads and convert enquiries into sales.




Follow up regularly with interested prospects and existing leads.
Handle customer queries and objections effectively.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales.
Update customer information and sales activity in CRM/software/Excel.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and customer requirements.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Follow up with customers for payments or documentation when required.

Candidate Requirements
1–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, inside sales, customer acquisition, or a similar role.
Valuable verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
Target-oriented and motivated to earn incentives.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM, or lead management tools.
