Act as the Health Insurance domain expert for testing initiatives.
Understand and validate business requirements related to:
Policy Administration
Claims Management
Enrollment & Member Management
Provider Management
Underwriting
Billing & Premium Processing
Pre-Authorization and Utilization Management
Review business requirements and functional specifications for completeness and testability.
Identify gaps, ambiguities, and risks in requirements.
Develop and review test strategies, test plans, test scenarios, and test cases.
Validate end-to-end business processes across health insurance systems.
Perform Functional, Integration, System, Regression, and User Acceptance Testing support.
Ensure test coverage against business requirements and regulatory standards.
Conduct impact analysis for enhancements, production issues, and recent releases.
Participate in defect triage meetings and support issue resolution.
Team Handling experience- handled a team of Testers.
Good knowledge in STLC and SDLC
Good Communication and solid in stakeholder interaction
Problem solving skills
