Job Summary

We are looking for a Junior Accounts Executive to join our Finance & Accounts team. The candidate will assist in day-to-day accounting activities, maintain financial records, process invoices and payments, and support the team in reconciliation and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain daily accounting entries and financial records.
Handle sales, purchase, receipt, and payment entries.
Prepare and verify invoices, bills, vouchers, and supporting documents.
Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
Perform bank, cash, and ledger reconciliation.
Assist in preparing monthly financial reports.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records.
Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
Coordinate with internal departments regarding invoices and payments.
Support senior accounts team members during audits and financial reviews.
Monitor outstanding payments and follow up when required.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of accounting data.




Perform other finance and accounting tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

Required Skills
Good understanding of basic accounting principles.
Working knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
Good knowledge of MS Excel.
Basic understanding of GST and TDS.
Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Qualification
B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification in Finance/Accounting.
0–2 years of experience in accounting or finance.
Freshers with valuable accounting knowledge are also encouraged to apply.

Preferred Candidate
Candidates with practical knowledge of Tally and Excel will be preferred.
Candidates who are detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
